Along with court papers filed and got by E! News, Betts alleged that “due to an unpredicted feature of the show,” she was damaged by a sound explosion that went over safe decibel points.

And immediately what was this unexpected facet?

Bieber mounted into a heart shaped aluminium or brace gondola and was enclosure over the crowd, creating a gesture like result of screaming that attracted the crowd into a passion of screams by constantly waving his arms in a speedy and upward movement, Betts stated in the papers.

Due to the carelessness of Justin Bieber, as well as that of the advertisers and sound engineers who are accountable to sustain secure decibels at all times throughout their events, that steel gondola acted as a sound performer, creating a sound explosion that permanently damaged both of Betts’ ears, the complaint continued.
