Stacey Wilson Betts took her daughter to the Biebs’ performance back in July 2010 is suing the “Baby” crooner for a whopping $9.2 million after she supposedly undergo hearing loss, severe ringing in the ears and oversensitivity to sound in both ears from the show.

Along with court papers filed and got by E! News, Betts alleged that “due to an unpredicted feature of the show,” she was damaged by a sound explosion that went over safe decibel points.
And immediately what was this unexpected facet?
Bieber mounted into a heart shaped aluminium or brace gondola and was enclosure over the crowd, creating a gesture like result of screaming that attracted the crowd into a passion of screams by constantly waving his arms in a speedy and upward movement, Betts stated in the papers.

Justin Bieber’s rep has not yet reacted to an appeal for statement.
