Stay Bright This Summer
Summer is officially here and with it, the outbreak of color fever initiates. Bright colors like Orange, hot pink, mid blue and yellow have been popping up in the fashion circuit in full swing with all the high and mid-range brands accommodating them.
Bold and bright colors are traditionally reserved for festive occasions or casual wear. The thing with bright colors if it’s difficult for you to manage an overall bright look which is great by itself, you can just insert little bursts of these hot hues against a neutral backdrop and they liven up your look instantly.

Bright t-shirts are great for college but they are too common. Swap them out for a knee length tunic as college attire. Get chic blouses in solid colors like coral, hot pink, or Azul blue to wear with your jeans.
If you have those colored pants from last year, don’t throw them away. Pair them with a simple white shirt and some long beaded accessories for a bohemian look.

The latest trend in costume jewelry is neon. Quirky colored stones set in necklace, earrings and rings make you stand out in a crowd. They look great on both casual as well as evening wear and party wear clothes. Don’t know where to buy them or find them too expensive? Just bring out your old plain white rhinestone jewelry and give them a couple of coats of neon/ bright nail paint and a sealant. After you sport this fun creativity, you will be the cynosure of all eyes. You can also sport painted wooden beads in bright colors.

Bright belts have been in trend for a long time and they continue to be so. A bright bag might not always work out, so opt for a bright clutch or wallet instead, for you can conveniently slip them into you office handbag during the day and bring them out at night. Color blocked wallets bring a smile to your face every time you look at them. Neon flats and slip-ones are great casual accessories. Wear them with your jeans, or a little white dress.
Makeup
Update your normal make-up routine with a pop of color on your lids or lips! A dab of yellow or green eyeliner is all that you need to make a statement while at college.
